1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my services.
2. Services Description
Ajahni the Marketer provides done-for-you social media management services for insurance agents. Services include content creation, posting, community engagement, and monthly reporting across agreed-upon social media platforms.
3. Payment & Billing
My services are billed monthly at the rate agreed upon at signup. Payment is due in advance of each service period. I reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after a 7-day grace period.
4. Cancellation
Either party may cancel services with 14 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, I will deliver any scheduled content through the end of the paid period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content I create for you remains your property upon full payment. I retain the right to use anonymized examples of my work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to your social media accounts, respond to content calendar approvals within 48 hours, and provide accurate information about your agency, services, and target audience.
7. Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month the issue occurred. I am not responsible for platform algorithm changes, account suspensions by social media platforms, or results outside my direct control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
I may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
